Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee is as follows.
Unauthorized cancellation :95% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 0:00 on the day :90% of the room charge
Cancellation after 8:00 on the day before :80% of the room charge
Cancellation 2 days before 10:00 :70% of the room charge
Cancellation 3 days before 20:00 :5,000 yen
Cancellation 4 days before 0:00 :3,000 yen
